About

Award Winning Custom Design

Established in 2000 by Jared Kerkhoff, Kerkhoff Homes specializes in building custom designed homes in the $400,000 to $1,000,000 price range in the Bettendorf and Quad City area.  Open floor plans, custom stair parts, built-ins, lockers, wrought iron railings, wainscoting and other custom finishes are just some of the trademark features of a Kerkhoff Home.  Most of the communities we build in are centrally located within the Bettendorf and Pleasant Valley School District and Community.

We take great care in providing excellent customer service at each phase of the building process.  At Kerkhoff Homes, we work hard to develop long lasting relationships with clients, as well as our skilled professionals, to ensure that good communication exists throughout the building process.  We believe that through good communication comes great customer satisfaction.
