Established in 2000 by Jared Kerkhoff, Kerkhoff Homes specializes in
building custom designed homes in the 400,000 to 1 million price range.
Open floor plans, custom stair parts, built-ins & lockers, wrought iron
railings, wainscoting & other custom finishes are just some of the trademark
features of a Kerkhoff Home. Most of the communities we build in are centrally
located within the Bettendorf and Pleasant Valley School District & Community.

Builder
Jared Kerkhoff began his construction career as a framer for an
Iowa City construction crew during summer breaks at college.
After graduating from the University of Iowa in 1998, Jared moved to
the Quad Cities to continue his career in the construction industry as
project manager for Bob Walter Building Contractor. In 2000, Jared
went out on his own and established Kerkhoff Homes Inc.
Jared is actively involved with
The Quad City Homebuilder’s Association.
He has held several leadership positions w/in the last five years, as well as
accompanied local representatives to lobby in Washington DC for the
Homebuilding industry. In 2009, Jared was awarded the prestigious
Alan V. Seitz Builder of the Year Award by members of
The Quad City Homebuilder Association.
